Hi, I am Jama Ketcham.  

I am so excited you stopped by my site!  I am a biology education major, who hasn't step foot in a classroom.  Who knows what you want to do with your life at age 18, right?!? My first house I purchased 10 years ago as a "fixer upper".  One house at a time and lots of encouragement from rockstar friends, this website and my career evolved.  I never imagined getting to do this for my job.  I love houses and am passionate about helping you create a home you love.  I believe good design combines 3 keys elements: style, function, and budget.  A home can be stylish and functional, but who cares if you can't afford it!  I want to help you find the balance.  Actually, some of my very favorite projects have had the smallest budgets.  It forces creativity, which promotes great design.

Whether you need help rearranging furniture for an hour or building an entire house.  It would be an honor to be invited to work with you.
